value proposition

An essential part of the company concept is a strong value proposition:

  • Which value do we create..
  • That is unique and not easy to copy

We work with our clients on building the value proposition. It starts with a market / brand analysis, to get a starting point seen from the customers point of view. It continues with internal analysis and workshops, to find the core competence and the future direction.

We work with a method called "The Value Circle", in which we work to highlight three-four key customer benefits. These benefits are supported by "Proof Points" - simply to ensure that we talk real substance and not hot air.
